How To Log In
To log into the TrueNorth app, follow these steps:
Open the app and click the sign-in button below the truck
If you signed up with your Google account, click the "Continue with Google" button at the bottom
If you did not sign up with your Google account, do not use this feature or you will not be able to log in
Enter your email address along with your password, then click Continue
And you're logged in! You'll see your home page, Load Central, and your booked loads.
Troubleshooting Issues
If you have already signed up but are being asked to create a new account, this may be due to you previously signing in with an email and password and then trying to use the "continue with Google" button.
