Some brokers allow you to book a load directly from LoadCentral (no need to call!). In this article we discuss how to take advantage of this great feature.

You must first be set up with the broker. Please note that to book with CH Robinson (our largest source of Book Now loads), you must first send your CH Robinson T-code to [email protected] with your MC# in the subject line.

Once you are set up, you'll see the "Instant Booking" icon on the applicable loads on the load results page.

After you click into Load Details, you'll see the Book Now button.

Clicking the "Book now" button will open a modal to confirm load details and booking, and once confirmed, you will automatically book the load with the broker. You will receive a RateCon to your email address.
