If there are any issues with your load we suggest contacting the broker immediately to let them know of the situation.

This includes but is not limited to the following issues:

  • Need to reschedule appointments

  • Issues related to picking up

  • Delivery issues

  • Damages to equipment

  • Delays

It is important to keep all parties informed when there are changes. Please refer to your ratecon or BOL for information about the numbers and contacts you will need to reach out to.
