Getting started with TrueNorth is easy! Watch this quick video or check out our key features below.

On TrueNorth's aggregated load board, LoadCentral, you can find a plethora of loads from lots of top brokers.

From the homescreen you have access to LoadCentral where you can execute your searches and set your filters before searching.

You can further power up your search by filtering based on your preferences for Equipment Type, Deadhead, Destination, Weight and more.

Once you see a load you like, you can proceed to book it.

Depending on the broker for the load, there may be a few options for booking:

The availability of these features depends on the broker, so first click into the load you like to see more details, including what booking options are available:

Here's an example of a Load Details Screen with a Call Broker option. The TrueNorth App will call that broker once you click the Call Broker button:

Here's an example of a Load Details Screen with an Email Broker option. The TrueNorth App will populate an email for you to send to the broker once you click the Email Broker button:

Here's an example of a Load Details Screen with a Book Now option. The TrueNorth App will book the load for you once you click the Book Now button:

And, here's an example of a Load Details Screen with a Submit Offer option. The TrueNorth App will submit your offer for the load once you click the Submit Offer button:

Once you have booked a load, send the RateCon to the TrueNorth App. You can do this either through our Upload RateCon button on the Home Screen or by emailing your RateCon to us. (To learn more on this, click here.)

You will then see that load listed on your MyLoads Screen in the App.

Once you have delivered that load, upload the PoD for the load by clicking the load listed on the MyLoads Screen and snapping a pic of the PoD (for more help, click here).

Submitting your RateCons and PoDs to the TrueNorth App serves two great purposes:

You can upload the RateCon by clicking on the button from the menu or the big blue button at the bottom of the app. You can also email the RateCon as well. With a RateCon submitted, the load shows on My Loads Screen. Click the load to submit the PoD:

TrueNorth will be constantly working to find you great loads--without you even needing to look yourself.

TrueNorth's proprietary Back Haul Recommender will provide you with backhaul load recommendations for the loads you look at in LoadCentral.

You can also find load recommendations based on your domicile or previous load searches by clicking on the Load Recs icon in the bottom right.

Once you see something you want, then go into the TrueNorth App to book that next load, submit your load documents, and keep your business moving over and over again!

To access these products, services and discounts, first click on your User Profile in the TrueNorth App, and then click the Partnerships button. You will find your account profile by clicking on your initials next to your name.

From there you will see an array of great companies that can provide you with Fuel Card, Insurance, Accounting & Tax Services, Trailers, ELDs, Roadside Service, Compliance Assistance and more.
