Sending Load Documents to Your Factoring Company

How do you get your load documents to your factoring company to get paid? In this quick article we will discuss how this can be easily managed in the TrueNorth app.

Link Your Factoring Company

The first step in sending load documents begins with making sure you have your factoring company on file in the app. To do this, you can navigate to the Invoicing / Factoring button and click on it.

From here you will either directly link with your BasicBlock or other factoring company account. You will pick your factoring company from the dropdown menu and provide their email.

Submit Your Documents

You will need to follow the steps below to ensure there are no issues with your paperwork:

Upload Your RateCon

Once you have confirmed your load, all you need to do is upload the RateCon PDF to the app to have it on file and the pick-up in your Loads tab.

Upload Your POD

After delivering your load you will upload the POD in the app. This can easily be done by clicking on your load and then clicking on the Upload POD button.

Send for Processing

After you upload all documents you will then send them to your factoring company for processing. A copy of it will also be sent to your email for easy record keeping.

With the TrueNorth app you easily have all documentation sent to your factoring company in a few simple steps.
