With the automatic invoicing of brokers featured in the TrueNorth app, invoicing has never been easier. Gone are the days of downloading your invoice and emailing it off.

Who Is It Available To?

If you do not have a factoring company set up, you can automatically generate an invoice and send it from within the app.

Set Up Invoicing

The first step in sending load documents begins with making sure you have your information in the app. To do this, you can navigate to the Invoicing / Factoring icon and click on it.

From here you will scroll to the bottom and select the Auto Invoice option.

Then, you will fill out your company and banking information so that customers will know where to pay you.

How To Send Your Invoice

This feature is available in app and is activated once you submit your Proof of Delivery.

Step 1: Upload Your Documents (if missing)

You will need to make sure that your RateCon and POD are uploaded before you will be able to submit your invoice.

Step 2: Review Your Numbers

Once you have all of your documents uploaded, in the load details screen, click on View New Invoice will be prompted to review your invoice and then you can click on the button to send it.

Step 3: Confirm Your Numbers

The invoice will automatically be generated and once you review and confirm your numbers, you can click the "Confirm & Send Invoice" button. The invoice along with the documents will be sent to your customer. You will also receive an email copy of your invoice for record keeping. You will also be able to view it in the load after submission.
