When you are navigating in your Loads section you can see all of your loads, booked loads, or completed loads. If any paperwork is missing you will see a colored tag letting you know what you need for each, along with status updates on loads that need to be factored or that are awaiting payment.

If you see the tag "POD/BOL Missing" it means you need to submit you POD for the load. Once you click on the load, you can upload your POD and then the load will be moved to your Completed tab.

Once everything is complete you can click on the button at the bottom to send the paperwork to your factoring company as well.

The Missing RateCon tag is flagging that you are missing your RateCon. You will need to upload your RateCon in order to send the documents to your factoring company.

To Upload, click on the load to open the details screen

Then click the Upload Rate Con button to attach your PDF.

Once you have uploaded your RateCon and POD the status of your load will turn into "Ready to Factor." This means you have all of your documentation to send to your factoring company.

To send your paperwork to your factoring company, click into the load. Then you will click on the button at the bottom "Send RC and POD to "

Once all document have been sent to your factoring company, you will see the status as "Awaiting Payment". This means everything is good and you can go back and confirm you payment once received.
