At the moment, documents are not automatically sent to your factoring company. If you are experiencing issues, please read below on the steps needed to submit your paperwork to your factoring agency.

In order to send your documents to your factoring company you must upload your RateCon and POD in the app.

It's important to note, you must submit the document to your factoring company - they are not automatically sent.

Once you have your documents uploaded (RateCon and POD), you must click on the bottom button to "Send RC and POD to Your Factoring".

Send for Processing

After you upload all documents you will then send them to your factoring company for processing. A copy of it will also be sent to your email for easy record keeping.

With the TrueNorth app you easily have all documentation sent to your factoring company in a few simple steps.

This will update the status of the load to show "Awaiting Payment" in your Loads tab - noting that documents have been sent.
