Did you know you can let brokers know your availability date so that you are visible for potential loads before they go to a load board? That's right, with the TrueNorth app you can post your availability and we will go in depth on how to do that via the app and phone.
Post Via The App
From your homescreen you will see the area to "Post Your Availability". Click on the "Post My Truck" button to get started.
Select Your Origin and Date
With the modal open, click on Create New Truck Posting.
Then put in your origin and preferred destination along with when you will be available. along with the type of equipment you have.
Post Your Truck
Hit save. And now you are added to our proprietary truck list. And with just a few simple steps, you are increasing your visibility to multiple brokers at once and available to receive load offers from them before they send them to the load boards.
Post Via Loadie
You will need to post your truck first before Loadie is enabled.
Have Loadie our automated assistant call you to schedule your availability. With Loadie, you can tell us your origin, destination, date and equipment type all hands free.
Choose Your Method
Call Me Now
With the Call Me Now feature, click on the button and Loadie will call you at the telephone number linked to your account. When you answer, Loadie will ask you a set of questions to update your availability over the phone.
Schedule Your Call
Enable Loadie with the toggle button at the top of the pop-up. Then you can easily let Loadie know when you call you so that you can post your availability.
