Getting Started
Before you can upload a Proof of Delivery ("POD"), you must first upload a RateCon document. Please make sure you've uploaded or emailed us the RateCon for the desired load before you proceed to upload your POD.
If you've designated your factoring company's email, we'll automatically send all load documents (RateCon, POD, and accessorials) for a load to your factoring company once you upload the POD.
We also provide auto-invoicing for you if you are not using factoring.
Uploading a POD
Navigate to My Loads page by clicking on the truck in the bottom left of the navigation. You will then select the desired load.
From the Load Detail page, click the "Upload POD" button to start submitting your POD.
Next you will be prompted to take a photo of the POD, answer a few short questions about accessorial charges (if applicable), and submit the POD.
All done! The load will now display as Completed on your My Loads screen.
